What Is Your Privacy Policy?
We are very committed to protecting and honoring your privacy and take this responsibility very seriously. All information collected is only used to communicate with you and is never sold or given to any outside third party source.
What Do You Do With My Personal Information?
All of the information collected on our website is used only to process your transaction. Contact information (name, address, email, etc.) you provided is used to provide a shipping address and email address for confirmation and communication. This is also used if you opt-in to receive our newsletter.
Do You Use Cookies?
While you are shopping on the site, we collect your IP address as part of your session. In order to determine if you are a new visitor or repeat visitor, a cookie is placed on your hard drive through your web browser.
How Do You Use My Information?
We use the information you provide about yourself only to complete your order. We do not share this information with outside parties. We use return email addresses to answer emails we receive. We use email addresses to communicate order confirmation and shipping information. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We occasionally use email addresses to alert our customers about new products and sales. These communications are clearly marked with an “unsubscribe” button to discontinue any further promotional communication.
Finally, we never use or share personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

How Do I Find Different Products?
Our Ladybug Wreaths site was designed with you in mind! Our inventory and samples are viewable by category on the navigation bar on the left side of the page. All of our pages have full descriptions and large photos to enable you to see the full details of each product.
How Do I Order Via Telephone Or Email?
Gift items and information products are available immediately. You can place a custom order via phone or email. Orders can be placed over the phone by calling Nancy Alexander at Ladybug Wreaths 864 225 2545 or by email: nancy@ladybugwreaths.com
Do I Have To Pay Tax On My Order?
All orders shipped to the state of South Carolina are subject to a state tax of 5%. All other orders to destinations other than South Carolina are exempt from sales tax.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Can You Ship Outside Of The United States?
At this time, Ladybug Wreaths is only shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada through our website.
What Are My Shipping Options?
Ladybug Wreaths uses USPS priority on our smaller boxes and USPS first class for our information products. For our larger boxes, we will check with UPS, USPS and FEDEX ground. We then use whichever is more economical. If you have a preference, please let us know.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Floral?
Most of the time, a wreath or floral which is in stock will be processed and sent out by the second business day after payment. Then, of course, there is the transit time that varies according to your item. Special Custom Orders will take longer according to how many orders are in front of yours. You will be informed of this when placing your order. Normal custom order design time is 2 to 3 weeks before shipping.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
What Is Your Exchange Policy?
We believe in our products and we stand by them 100%. If you aren’t happy with your product, or if it has a defect, you may exchange your item (in original packaging only). You would need to contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item. Please contact us by emailing nancy@ladybugwreaths.com. Your product needs to be returned within 10 days of your contact. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you need to return a product, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
First, we would really like you to be happy and completely pleased when you receive your wreath, floral or gift item. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! So, if for some reason, these do not meet your expectations we will either refund your money or work with you to find a replacement item or floral. In order to receive a refund, there are some steps you must take. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing nancy@ladybugwreaths.com. Products must be returned in undamaged, original condition, and in the original packaging within 10 days. Once we receive the returns, we will promptly refund your payment less any shipping costs both ways.

Are Your Wreaths Safe Outdoors?
We only use materials that are considered to be durable and resilient to outdoor exposure. We do, however, recommend that you hang your wreath on a door with an overhang. A slight wind or blowing rain, or even an occasional bird’s nest will not hurt most wreaths. Sometimes, however, there is an exception to this rule, if a very soft lightly wired ribbon is used and exposed to these elements.
Unfortunately, the sun will always fade a wreath slightly over time. We never know which stems will fade more than others. Only top quality stems are used and our customers have always said that they are ready for a new look or style long before their wreath gives out. We are located in South Carolina and have never found fading to be a major problem. But now, we are selling wreaths all over the country, and in some areas the sun and heat are much more intense than others. Most of the time, our wreaths last for several years.

How Can You Ship My Wreath So That It Arrives Safely?
We use extra precautions when shipping our wreaths. We use large, sturdy corrugated boxes that are deeper than our wreaths. Each wreath is carefully tied to the bottom of the box with pipe cleaners. Since your wreath is tied so securely, no other packing materials (which could damage the front of your wreath) need to be used.
How Can I Hang A Wreath On A Glass Door?
That is very simple, actually. There are suction cups that you can buy to go on your glass. To apply them, just clean that spot of the glass, lightly moisten the suction cup and press it on. I run my fingers around it firmly to press it down and get out any air bubbles. Then let it dry about 15 minutes and hang your wreath. You would be surprised at the weight the large suction cup will hold. Opening and closing the door will not affect it either.
How Do You Measure Your Wreaths?
We always measure from green tip to green tip. The wild birch sticks radiate out further from the wreath than that, but we do not measure those. Because of these birch sticks, your wreath will look larger than its actual dimensions.
How Securely Are Your Wreaths Made?
When making a wreath we make very sure that every stem, nest, birdhouse, etc. is very securely anchored in the wreath. A lot of glue is used when building a wreath and, if the stems are large and heavy, we also tie them in with pipe cleaners or waxed string.
How Fast Can You Complete A Custom Order For Me?
When you contact me to place an order, we find out exactly what you would like and an approximate size before quoting a price. After receiving your OK, an invoice will be sent through Paypal. As soon as that transaction is complete, your order is added to our order list. We are usually about 2 to 3 weeks out on orders depending on the time of year. You can be assured, however, that we get these completed as soon as possible.
Can You Add A Bow To Any Wreath To Match My Colors?
Sure, we’d be glad to. We would have to look at the wreath to make sure there is room for a bow. Just tell us which color you would like to match with the ribbon and we’ll tuck it in for you. Then you will be billed for the additional costs.
