 GRANDCHILDREN - AREN’T THEY WONDERFUL? 

Hello! My name is Nancy Alexander, my Loving Husband, Steve and I live in Anderson, South Carolina - along with our two Great sons Matt & Andy, two Wonderful Daughters in Law, Sara and Stephanie, and three grandchildren…. well, almost four with another on the way.  Lucas Danner - our thinker… was our first - he is sooo smart and has such an inquisitive mind!  Ava Grace, our second - this little girl is a girly-girl, and is overflowing with JOY!   And last, our little miracle, Austin Thomas - a preemie weighing in at only 3 lbs. 5 oz. - such a Miracle!  

 I found my passion and talent designing wreaths over 20 years ago. I purchased and owned an upscale silk floral and design business for about 18 years. During that time, my business was expanded into multiple locations with as many as eight employees at once.

Retail is a tough business even for those with good health, but during this time, I battled Fibromyalgia, a muscle condition, which could put me flat on my back without warning. As my condition worsened, I was forced to downsize my business with each passing year. While this was hard for me to do, I was reassured that God was guiding me down this path for a reason. I had always found fulfillment and happiness following His plan, so I trusted Him during that difficult time.

In March 2005, I was renting a small space in a consignment store that parceled out more stress than sales. I knew that God had given me a talent with floral design, so it was especially hard for me to accept the possible closing of such an important chapter in my life. While I was searching for direction, my Chiropractor urged me to look into the opportunities eBay and the internet could provide as a retail outlet.

I couldn’t give up on my dream because, besides a wonderful and loving family, florals had become vitally important to me. I knew I could never fully give up on the one thing I could always do so well. It was with my determination and the uncertainties of my health that I stepped out into the “online” world and found my place on eBay and the internet.

My husband, Steve and I, built our house in 2003, with a custom designed studio complete with storage space and work counters. Since the studio is located right across our breezeway, I can “go to work” each morning without having to get in my car! To the right, you can see a picture of a small section in my shop. This is where I used to paint items like the tray resting on my table. I don’t paint anymore, wreaths and my information products like my books and videos take up all of my time!

It was here in my “shop” that I embarked upon my new venture – selling wreaths on eBay and the Internet. It took me a while to figure it all out, but from the beginning I knew that one very special feature would be included in all of my designs – the ladybug.

Ladybug Wreaths was born, and since then, my wreaths have been flying out the door! My business and my spirits are soaring! After a mere 4 months, I became a Power Seller on eBay! My shop filled up so quickly with supplies, wreaths, and new merchandise that we had to expand into my husband’s garage, and then upstairs! I am continually amazed at all that God has done in my life through this business. Daily, I am encouraged by multiple emails from my customers thanking me for brightening their lives (and doors) with my wreaths. My customers recognize the "wild & woodsy" look in each of my designs. My goal is to provide you with a top quality product that will not only bring the outside inside, but will cause people to stop and smile at the wreath on your door as they enter into your home.

Here I am enjoying a beautiful spring day with my grandson, Lucas   My Grandchildren are the "JOY" of my life, and my hubby - Steve is the most wonderful husband any woman could hope for! 

My life is very full and bright now. I have found the most wonderful Nutrionalist who has practically cured my fibromyalgia, and assures me that I will be TOTALLY cured in the next couple of years.  I am so thankful to have found the perfect outlet for my talent and vision. I am also so very thankful for all of the friends I have made online who have unselfishly helped me learn how to make my online business dreams come true.
